Etiquette

We respectfully ask that all patrons who attend our productions abide by these guidelines for acceptable behavior, in order to ensure an enjoyable experience for audience members and performers.

  • No photography or video. Most publishing companies have copyright regulations that make such recording illegal, and WRHS is contractually responsible for all such activity.
  • No use of electronic devices during performances. This is incredibly distracting to performers and fellow patrons.
  • No changing of seating location for productions with reserved seating. Just because a seat is unoccupied, does not mean it is available. Failure to respect the ticket purchase of other patrons will result in being dismissed from the performance without a refund.
  • Please respect the health and safety of our community. Wash your hands and practice thorough hygiene. Please do not attend a live performance if you are experiencing symptoms of illness.

We will be aligning our ticketing system with the athletics department's move to GoFan for the 2024-25 school year.

To avoid credit card feeds, cash purchases may be made at the door the night of the production.

FAQs

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes, we sell tickets at the door for our productions, regardless of general admission or reserved seating. You may use your phone to make an online purchase, but cash or check.

I clicked the button, but there are no tickets available.

We open ticket sales 3-4 weeks before each production. Please check back at a later date.

I have young children. Do they get discounted pricing?

We do offer discounted tickets for children aged 7 and younger for some of our productions. Children and infants young enough to not occupy a seat are admitted free of charge.

I bought tickets but now I can't attend the show. Can I get a refund?

Our productions serve as a major fundraiser for the program. Please consider your unused ticket as a donation to support student work.
