Based upon the novel Mama's Bank Account by Kathryn Forbes
One of the most heartwarming studies of American family life to reach the stage.
A young writer reflects on how her Mama, with the help of Papa and Uncle Chris, brings up her children in their modest San Francisco home during the early years of the 20th century. Mama's sisters and uncle furnish a rich background for a great deal of comedy and a little incidental tragedy, while the doings of the children manage to keep everyone in pleasant turmoil. No description can do justice to the rich characterizations that fill the author's canvas.
Thank you all of those who auditioned! Your time is appreciated. It may sound cliche, but this truly was a very hard decision.
Congratulations to those who were cast for the show. You will be receiving an invitation to our Google Classroom this evening - I will have a rehearsal schedule posted there.
